Summary: There was a qtip in the hallway for a day and a half and people were smoking in our hallway as well as someone banging on our door in the middle of the night. My bed smelled like curry. The breakfast area was a disaster. I dont think they wash anything. I dont think they sterlize the milk pitcher's as they looked nasty. We stayed here prior and they had more oon the menu. Staff were very slow to refill foods. The front desk woman was nice when we checked out

Summary: Best staff and great location, once you stay here, you don’t need taxi or anything, you can easily move from here to anywhere.

Summary: The property was very dirty, floors nasty, costumer services was horrible. Ever once did room services come to our room we had to dump our own trash and keep going down for more towels. The pool was gross looked like someone just bathe in it with floating slime floating on the top. Breakfast was awful they were out of everything. I will not be booking with the hotel ever again.

Summary: Spiders in the room and bathroom, broken wall at one place, bathroom stinks, also worst part was the AC air smells so bad like sewage. It was hard to sleep two nights. I requested to change the room but they never replied. Only good part is walkable to the park and also free breakfast.

Summary: The hotel is very close to Niagara Falls State Park with a lot of restaurants around. The breakfast was good and service was good as well. The only issue I faced was parking validation. The guy at the desk validated my parking ticket but when we checked out the hotel, headed out to the parking lot and exited the parking place the ticket didn't work. I called the hotel but the front desk lady was very rude and said we don't care if your parking validation doesn't work. I called the number listed on the parking machine as well but it wasn't answered.

Summary: Lots of hair on bathroom floor. Stairs only to first floor where pets were welcome so difficult to get all luggage to the room. Overall it was good for a one night stay.

Summary: Hotel Location is excellent, within 5 minutes of the falls. Food options were good, breakfast was plentiful and available. The rooms conditions are ok for the price. Only issue was there were no towels in the room when we checked in, but staff took care of issue

Summary: Older hotel with very limited parking. Food and bar onsite but a little pricey. Room was average. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to all the tourist stuff.
